Caroline has been in Constanta, Romania for the past month and really enjoyed her time spent with the YWAM team and their base which was within walking distance to the Black Sea. They finished up their studies covering Destiny, Spiritual Warfare and World Views while preparing for Phase Two: Outreach. Her days were full with class time and ministry, whether doing yard work for someone, cleaning a Cafe to be used for ministry space, playing with gypsy street children, doing Kid’s Club, practicing for leading worship and, one week, preparing to do a devotional for the base team.

They will start their outreach phase of the trip in Cluj, where they will be working with Homes of Hope, building a home for a family. These next few weeks will be special as she is spending them in the same city I was based in 28 years ago on a YWAM mission trip.

She is thriving and while she occasionally misses home she is quick to say that she is not ready to come home yet. 😊 Please pray for safety in travel, safety during the next couple weeks as they are building and for sustained focus on ways to share the love of Christ in all they do.
