Caroline has struggled with sleep, headaches and coughing since arriving in Europe. She was able to go to a doctor in Serbia this week, who spoke English, and was very kind and thorough. She diagnosed Caroline with bronchitis and post-covid syndrome. While we are thankful the cough is not originating in her chest, we are concerned about her not being able to sleep bc of her bout with Covid in January + the coughing. She is doing nebulizer treatments twice a day and focusing on rest, hydration and nutrition. The doctor recommended she not travel to Croatia on Friday but we are in agreement with C’s leaders - staying behind is not preferred. 

The plan is Nvar, Croatia for a week of classes and then back to northern Serbia for 2 weeks of full time outreach, which will be a much more vigorous schedule than her typical school days. Please pray specifically for Caroline’s health and that she will heal soon and be able to rest even sooner. Thank you, all!
