Doster is Seven!

Doster's seventh birthday was the "best birthday ever"!  We surprised him with a visit to Legoland with his friend, Collin, and then he had a birthday party at Fudruckers afterwards.

I loved every minute and we were thrilled to see him celebrated.

On our way to Legoland, Doster doesn't know where he is going yet.  I gave the boys the matching tshirts below and told Doster he needed to wear it because he was going to Legoland!  

He was SO excited!

Afterwards we cooled off with some ice cream at CFA 

and rested a bit before heading to Fudruckers.

Star Wars party!

The Balloon Man came around and completely entertained the kids!  

I couldn't have planned it better myself.  :)

Mary Anna couldn't wait for him to put her hat on.

Doster's hat was a huge Star and then a belt and sword.

Once all the commotion died down a bit we opened presents and he is now 

fully prepared to read everything about Lego Star Wars and build any kind of Lego structure

and see in any dark cave with a Lego headlamp and flashlight.

Such cute toys he is thrilled with!

I never tire of this sweet look on the kid's faces when we are all singing to them.

What a wild crew!  

They had a blast and were sufficiently worn out after the fun day!

This morning Doster woke up excited to play with his new toys.  

He has been wanting a Darth Vader cape for a long time and finally got one for his birthday.  He can't wait for Halloween! :)
