Simon

This morning we visited Joyce & Penny who, among lots of candy, gave the kids $ to put towards their money for Simon's supplies. They also had $ from Grandpa & Grandma for feeding Abbey while they were out of town. 

Off we went to Walmart to get ready for our new family member who is sure to bring much joy and much work. :)

I ordered Labs for Dummies to give to Caroline so she can read up on training and care facts for a lab puppy. 
She'll take this responsibility and run with it. 

The plan is to get him Saturday but if mother is doing well after surgery, Jason might head to get him Tuesday after school and surprise the kids.  Yes, we are ALL excited! :)

Both of the older kids will have specific responsibilities with Simon and we are sure to have fun!
