Simply Edits
I am so excited to be launching my website today! For almost 7 years I have done a multitude of different jobs to help keep me at home with my children. While I've been happy to do what it takes, it is so refreshing to now do what I want and still be making those ends meet.
Last fall, after almost 2 years of discouraging unemployment, Katie suggested I think about doing some editing. It took no time at all for us to jump in with both feet. I think we said, on more than one occasion, "why didn't we think of this earlier?" Each time we questioned that we came up with the same answer....that this is the Lord's perfect timing. The past 7 years taught me much in patience, fortitude and faithfulness. Each time we felt like we were at the bottom, the Lord showed us just what He had in store for us...SO much more than we could have imagined!
So, the journey began. Training by the best, equipment and software purchase, someone taking a chance on me, adding clients and now...my website launch! I am so excited to be working with the NAPCP (National Association of Professional Children's Photographers) to be a Vendor of choice in their directory. This week, in Napa, CA they are having a retreat and each of the 60 attendees will be receiving a gift from me, introducing my service to their businesses. I am so excited to see His plan through this relationship!!
It feels good to know that, with time and patience, watching the Lord's plan unfold is just oh-so-good!
