Huh - what was that?
One of Doster's tactics for dealing with boredom or the need for attention is to ask for food...constantly. He just came in, while I'm working (which encourages the questions), to ask this...and I'm now confused about what I agreed to.
Doster: "I'm not in trouble but I'm going to go to my room to play for a little while to calm me down so I will stop asking questions about my snack so you won't have to tell me to stop anymore...and then I'll come back down and have my snack - would that be alright?"

ahhh, sometimes Jasper just starts crying and walks to his room and closes the door - like he puts himself in time out without us telling him to go get in control! DArrell and I just look at each other and laugh, like, okay i guess you know the routine and what's best!
ReplyDeleteThat made me laugh out loud! I Just opened up my blogs to catch up on my reading and this was so fun to find! What a sneaky and adorable little guy!
