It just didn't work out...

I am relieved to have made a decision but very let down by having to make it. My great opportunity working as a Customer Service Advisor has not panned out. A LOT of work and energy went into this venture but, in the end, when I was to sign the paperwork I found that the pay was not going to be what was advertised and it just wasn't going to be worth it. Quite a bit of time spent in non-paid hours for continuing education just added to the decision to stop before I start. Felt a little cheated to have the pay be such a drastic difference but I have to let it go and move on or I would get pretty discouraged. From the beginning, as we prayed about this opportunity, we said we would keep going through doors until one closed and seeing the pay scale definitely closed that final door.
On with the search again...
