Where is she?

I haven't been blogging much lately - why you ask? See below...

We've got a smorgasbord of ailments lingering in our household ranging from strep throat to sinusitis to 3 ear infections to possible reinsertion of tubes looming in the future to a viral stomach bug to bronchitis.

We're just so diverse! :)

Ear infections for Doster mean lots of waking up crying at night. This morning, in the weeee hours of the morning as he was snuggling with me in bed he kept kissing me. I giggled a bit and asked him what I was supposed to do with him kissing me so much.

His response was,

"Mommy, just listen to the kisses."



A couple more hungry Doster phrases:

Doster: "Daddy I DO need more to eat. When little boys are sick they need to EAT!"
Daddy: "Doster, you can't eat more than that...your tummy is still sick."
Doster: "But when its sick it is saying it needs to EAT!"
Conclusion: Its impossible to reason with Doster when he is well AND when he is sick! :)

"Mommy, little boys REALLY need to eat when their tummies are hungry!"

"Mommy, my head is hurting and I just need to sit in your lap while your doing your maputer."


Off to wash some more, dose-up some more, wipe a nose some more and
- my favorite - snuggle some more!
