Doster's Big Day
Doster had such a fun day today talking to lots of people on the phone, eating all his favorite foods, going to see a Veggie Tales movie, and singing "Happy Birthday" to himself all day long! :)
My favorite part of the day was realizing that he was thrilled with the t-shirt, books, and a few pool balls that we gave him for his presents. His "real" present comes on Saturday (a fishing pole and tackle box) but to see him be completely content and joyful over, seemingly, small gifts made me enjoy giving them to him even more. His enthusiasm was contagious and we were all grinning from ear to ear.
It is so fun to celebrate your children and the special spot they hold in your family.
