I was already dealing with the realization that I have a First Grader when we had the following conversation:
Caroline: Mommy, what college do you think I should go to?
Mommy: I don't know sweetie.
Caroline: Maybe Blackberry College?
Mommy: Do you mean Berry College?
Caroline: Yeah, it would be good because it is close to home.
Caroline: Mommy, what college do you think I should go to?
Mommy: I don't know sweetie.
Caroline: Maybe Blackberry College?
Mommy: Do you mean Berry College?
Caroline: Yeah, it would be good because it is close to home.
Tell her I will keep the markers in my drawer for when she comes and visits me then, too.
