Praising the Lord

I love it that my almost-7-year-old still loves to play dress-up. Jason went to see her in her room when he got home from work today and she was sitting in her chair, all dressed up in an old bridesmaid dress of mine, reading her Bible with Laura (her American Girl doll). Laura was standing in the dolly highchair next to Caroline with her little doll hand raised in the air "praising the Lord". Caroline was playing "church".
