a whole new Doster

Doster has been sleeping MUCH better after his surgery and we can tell he is actually getting good sleep rather than a light interrupted sleep. He is even more full of energy, words and silliness.

I love watching him with Jason, climbing all over him, wrestling him and snuggling into his neck all at the same time. It is such a precious relationship - that of a Daddy and his son. I can tell Jason is really eating it up too...enjoying the transition of toddler to preschooler who expresses himself and shows his infatuation with this big man in his life.

Then, at the same time, there is such a unique and special relationship between a Mommy and her little Bubby. Doster loves to come stand next to me just to be touching me, to be near. He is so precious when I don't feel well or when he knows I need comforting. Those brown eyes are so hard to resist when he is batting his eyelashes and flirting with his Mommy. He knows my soft spots and, boy, is he hard to resist!

Oh, how I want time to slow down...

Perched on his Daddy's shoulder watching TV...

he just can't get enough of or get close enough to Jason.
