Essential Question

Lately I have discovered my worst time of day - between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. It is my 'horrible, no good, very bad day' time. Caroline needs time alone, Doster can't wait to be on top of Caroline at every move, they want to watch cartoons but go bonkers when the TV is turned off bouncing off the walls, chores are accomplished but with MUCH prodding, hunger hits, Mommy is trying to get dinner together strung out on very fried nerves and it just is a bad time of day.

Today was no different with many phone calls, Doster slamming his hand in the door, Caroline eating her supper from the night before for snack because she refused at supper and breakfast resulting in her learning that Daddy and Mommy mean what we say when we say she needs to eat what is prepared for her, etc etc etc.

After things seemed to calm down just a bit I found the kids in front of the white board they draw on in the laundry room playing "teacher".

Caroline had written the E.Q. (which is an Essential Question that they have each day in her classroom on the board) and had made up her own E.Q. for her "student".

E.Q. How can we learn to be good?
