Caroline is 6!
This past Friday Caroline turned 6 years old! She was treated to a visit from Auntie & Uncle Chris as they surprised her at the bus stop. I had tears in my eyes as I watched her run across the road, arms open wide, into Auntie's arms. She was elated with her Aunt and Uncle's presence!
Upon request, we grilled hamburgers and ate french fries outside on the back deck followed by one present. The rest to come on Saturday.
We opted to have Caroline's requested WOLFPACK (Jason's school mascot - - everyone joined in the fun by wearing something navy) party at Chick-fil-a this year to alleviate some of the extra work and had a really nice time. Everyone had some early supper and then we made sundays out of the yummy chick-fil-a ice cream for dessert. The kids enjoyed playing on the playground and then we had presents. Both of Caroline's grandparents were there along with the Vickrey family.

Collin loves sitting in Minnie's lap...did it have anything to do with the yummy ice cream, chocolate, M&M's and cherries? :-)

Hugging Grandpa after opening his present.
Looking at her new drawing book from Papa and Minnie.
Sporting her new purple winter hat.
I love this picture as she looks at her new big girl watch.
Caroline and Libby love having their picture taken together.
These two - - not so much.
Doster and Collin are so good at sharing....their germs!
