Toes
Whew, it has been quite a week for Doster. This morning he had his ingrown toe surgery on both of his big toes. He was asleep for the entire procedure and did a great job. Before the procedure we sat in the room together with Grandma, Sissy, Daddy and myself. Grandma gave Doster his first little wallet with a cowboy on the front and it had a dollar inside! After his surgery he was promised another dollar and he was so excited!
He really did a great job and went willingly with the anesthesiologist with his blanket and fish under his arm. He told the anesthesiologist all about going fishing on his way back to the operating room. Once there they said he cried when they asked him to lay down but then they put the gas on and he was asleep within seconds. He had a rough time waking up, as is normal, but he calmed down on the way home in the van.
Before we even had lunch he was running around chasing Sissy and I had to tell him a few times to sit down and not be so rough.

Watching cartoons while waiting for the doctor to come in to take Doster.
