Swimming Lessons

Swimming lessons are over and we were successful! They both had a great time and Caroline can now "swim" underwater. She also figured out how to open her eyes underwater and loves looking at everyone's legs and feet. She can hold her breath a little too long for Mommy as she is so proud of putting her head under but stays that way for such a long time!





Doster overcame his trauma of simply being in the lessons and he started to participate, bravely accomplishing all his teacher asked. He had such a sweet adoration for Miss Katie and last night while playing in our little pool at home he said "look, I can swim like Miss Katie" and he flopped down and started kicking his legs. So cute! We laughed at how the future seemed to be playing itself out while we watched his inattentiveness during class. He was much more interested to leave all the children, who were sitting in a proper little line, and go swing on the railing, kick is legs or splash the little girl next to him. We are already praying for the right kindergarten teacher. :)
