Coach's Assistant

We are working with Caroline on responsibility and teaching her to follow through with something she starts. Last Saturday, before we left for an all day Volleyball tournament, Jason gave Caroline a Coach's Assistant responsibility chart and a present which contained a navy polo with a Wolfpack logo on one side of the chest and "Coach's Assistant" on the other side of the chest. She had a fun day helping Daddy. A few times she wanted to stop a job she started and we talked to her about finishing what she started and she dove right back in and completed it. We were proud of how she handled her day. She'll "Assist" at the few home games this season and maybe help out at a practice or two. She is excited more about the time with Daddy than the prestigious position! :)

What an Assistant Coach Does:

1. Sit next to Coach Flowers (Daddy) on the bench.

2. Put balls in basket.

3. Get water for girls on the bench.

4. Cheer for the girls playing volleyball.
