Doster SOBBED through his Tadpole swimming lesson this morning. Next time I am going to wait in the lobby so he won't see me. He kept looking at other mommies crying "I want my Mama". I sat as far away as I could and kept diverting my eyes so he wouldn't feel like I was watching him. I didn't go to him and I talked to his teacher afterward and she affirmed she doesn't want me to (though one time I was in tears because it was so hard to listen to him cry for me). She said it will click, it just might take some time. I told her I don't want to rescue him and that I want him to step out and do this, that we feel it is important for him to realize he can be tough and do this on his own. I think it did help to watch Sissy have such a FUN lesson afterwards. He kept yelling to her saying "Your doing a great job Sissy, I so proud of you!"

Caroline is in Seals this time which is the last class for her bracket and she was a little champ, no fear, very respectful, and did all she was asked to do. She had the cutest rosy cheeked grin on her face the entire time. I loved watching her.

This picture is dark because it is an indoor pool. Next time I am going to take my good camera, not my tiny one...but you can still see that cute little grin!
