Camping...in the back yard

Helping Daddy

We decided to have a fun evening camping in the backyard. We started with a confined fire (drought) and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. The kids helped Jason put the tent up and we played a few yard games.

Now is when we really cheated on this camping trip! Jason had rented a projector from school for a friends bday party and so we hooked it up and showed Land Before Time on the tent partition. Might have been cheating but it was such a fun memory for all of us!

The night ended with Doster and I heading inside because he wouldn't stop playing and go to sleep...everyone else was very ready for him to stop playing! Fun memories!
